Eleanor completed a Foundation Degree in Complementary Therapies in 2009, and then went on to qualify as a Physiotherapist in 2014 after studying at St George’s University, London. Shortly after this she headed back to the North East, and now alongside her colleague Claire Hughes, Eleanor runs Deepdale Therapies based in Teesdale.
Deepdale Therapies offer physiotherapy assessment and treatment, massage therapy, acupuncture and pilates; and can support people following an illness, injury or those who may want to regain some mobility for day to day life. They will work with people of all ages and can deal with bone, joint and muscle injuries as well as with postural, circulation and neurological issues. Eleanor works as both a mobile Physiotherapist visiting people in their homes, or out of their Deepdale Clinic located on a working farm just outside Barnard Castle.
When not working Eleanor can be found helping out on the family farm or out walking, normally with 2 young children and a dog in tow.
